Dickmann Manufacturing Company (DMC) is a family Company, dating back to 1957 when it was founded by the original owners, husband and wife team, Alice and Jerome Dickmann. DMC started with only three full time employees, a few punch presses, a mill, and a press brake machine. Over the years the Company grew extensively in capabilities, machinery, size, and success.
DMC is now currently owned and operated by a father and son duo, Dave and Mitch Schneider. The Company inhabits over 70,000 square feet of manufacturing space and employs over 50 full time non-union employees in the heart of Grafton, Wisconsin.
In 2015, Dickmann achieved ISO 9001 certification, embracing its commitment to quality parts. Our metal fabrication projects always conform to standards by ANSI, ASME, and RoHS. Every part in production undergoes CMM inspections using our Hexagon Romer CMM Absolute Arm. With our PPAP program, we can ensure supply chain confidence, minimize the potential for part failures, and meet all of the customer's quality requirements.
For decades, DMC has prided themselves on creating quality parts, providing excellent customer service, offering competitive prices, and on time deliveries to our customer base all across the Midwest. DMC specializes in metal fabrication services primarily including metal stamping, metal forming/bending, laser cutting, turret punching and welding. The company serves as a metal fabricator/supplier of product component parts for companies across a wide variety of industries and sectors including furniture, lighting, consumer goods, automotive, construction, appliances, etc. We're capable of fabricating steel, stainless steel, galvanized, aluminum, chrome alloy, and many more other popular metals.
We've aligned our operations to assist customers and companies; helping them optimize their design and manufacturing needs while reducing their costs. In order to streamline the project's scope, we can provide additional services such as machining, tapping, riveting, embossing, PEM insertion, assembly, and kitting. Within our facility, we're tooled to accommodate virtually any type of manufacturing run including prototyping, low volume, or high volume production.

Dave is the “ole’ man”. He has a passion for working with people and is on a relentless pursuit to keep our customers satisfied. His team focuses on providing excellent customer service and ensuring we have competitive prices to achieve purchasers’ and buyers’ spending budgets for projects. Dave has over 35 years experience in the metal fab and stamping industry and over 20 years experience in sales and business management. Dave knows we cannot be successful without our amazing crew (shown below).
MITCH SCHNEIDER – CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mitch is the next generation of leadership at DMC. His key focus is the operations of the company and ensuring his team delivers quality parts, on time to our customers. Mitch has trained from the ground up at this company over the past 8 years and his well-rounded experiences make him capable of driving the efficiencies to new heights. His motto is to "always persist, even in the face of adversity."
