At Dickmann Manufacturing Company, we offer high-quality resistance, spot, and stud welding services for virtually any fabrication project. We're available for both contract and production services, employing a wide range of free handed welding processes for small to medium sized parts. Our team has over 60 years of experience in working with metals such as stainless steel, spring steel, galvanized steel, brass, and many more. Our spot welding services can provide a significant production advantage for customers that require a high-speed operation for joining metal surfaces together.
We have a fully certified, highly trained team of welders that can leverage their ingenuity and experience in order to ensure that projects are completed on time and under budget. Within our 60,000 sq. ft. facility, we can support the customer with prototyping, tapping, machining, riveting, PEM insertion, kitting, assembly, embossing, and engraving. We can also work with our approved partners to provide additional MIG and TIG welding capabilities. Our welding services have been used to fabricate components for appliances, coolers, heat sinks, base assemblies, lighting, and other products. Post-welded products can also be either painted, anodized, plated, or powder coated. From single pieces to full production runs, we can handle any required manufacturing volume for short or long durations.
Since 1957, we've served numerous industries including agriculture, food, electrical, consumer goods, construction, appliance, and plumbing. Our products are welded to the highest quality possible, and our team will inspect and test all joined surfaces for integrity. Using our Hexagon Romer CMM Absolute Arm, we can ensure that each part is made to the customer's exact specifications. In addition, we've established a PPAP program that can support any demanding quality requirement. For more information on our welding services, please contact us directly.
