5 Things You May Not Know About Our Metal Fabrication and Stamping Company

1. New Year's Eve Ball

Dickmann Manufacturing Company assisted in the completion of the iconic New Year's Eve ball in the years 2000 and 2007. Ninety rotating pyramid reflective mirrors were fabricated at our manufacturing facility in Grafton, Wisconsin. The pyramid mirrors were then added to the ball to help reflect different light patterns over 1 million people at Times Square during the annual New Year's Eve ball drop.


2. Company History

We've been around for awhile. In fact, we've been a family-owned metal fabrication and metal stamping supplier since 1957! That's over 6 decades of hard-work and dedication. To this day we remain family owned with over 60 dedicated people who share our passion for servicing a diverse group of customers in the metal stamping and fabrication industry.

3. Ownership Experience

The three owners at DMC have over 85 years of combined experience in manufacturing.  Talk about ALOT! "The only source of knowledge is experience." - Albert Einstein

4. Governor Walker Visit

Governor Scott Walker visited Dickmann Manufacturing Company in December of 2014 as a part of his Year of a Better Bottom Line initiative. On his visit, Governor Walker worked alongside Spencer Kletzein,(pictured below) a Dickmann Manufacturing Company employee since 2012.  The Year of A Better Bottom Line is a targeted initiative intended to make it easier for those with disabilities to overcome challenges preventing them from entering the workforce.

A few weeks after the visit, Spencer and his mother were invited to the Governor's State of the State Address in Madison, Wisconsin. During the governor's speech, Dickmann Manufacturing Company and Spencer were again recognized for their contributions.
