CUSTOM precision metal fabrication sOLUTIONS

For over six decades, our team at Dickmann Manufacturing Company has offered a wide range of precision metal fabrication services for customers across multiple industries. We're equipped with 13 different CNC controlled press brake forming machines ranging from 25-100 ton capacities. We've fabricated small, large, and heavy components using a variety of methods such as bending, cutting, flattening, extrusion, braking, forming, stamping, and much more. We can handle thicknesses up to 3/8" and shear up to 1/4" using our press brakes. All of our products can be made from raw materials in coil, sheet, and plate forms.

Since 1957, we've been fabricating steel, aluminum, stainless steel, chrome alloy, carbon steel, bronze, and other popular metals. We've aligned our operations to assist companies across the world; helping them optimize their design and manufacturing needs while reducing their costs. In order to streamline the project's scope, we can provide additional services such as machining, tapping, welding, riveting, embossing, PEM insertion, assembly, and kitting. Within our 60,000 sq. ft. facility, we're tooled to accommodate virtually any type of manufacturing run including prototyping, low volume, or high volume production. Our team has fabricated parts for heat sinks, laboratory equipment, food service equipment, panels, enclosures, baskets, coolers, and art decor.

Our metal fabrication projects always conform to standards by ANSI, ASME, and RoHS. Every single part in the production line undergoes CMM inspections using our Hexagon Romer CMM Absolute Arm. With our PPAP program, we can ensure supply chain confidence, minimize the potential for part failures, and meet all of the customer's quality requirements. We've proudly served industries including agriculture, lighting, consumer goods, POP displays, plumbing, construction, and electrical.
